Personnel development for small budgets & potential sponsorship

Usually they have neither the structure nor the budget to continuously guarantee good personnel development work. In good times individual employees or complete departments are sent to externally organized seminars, which causes high costs and the contribution of the company often is not recognizable. In bad times employees simply are not being further developed. This leads to a stagnation in the company and over the medium term to disadvantages compared to the competition.
Even with only a small budget strategic personnel development can be performed. Strategic personnel development means to work where the lever is the biggest, to implement measures that are closely linked to the company strategy in fields that represent critical factors of success for the company and with people who fill key positions in the company; to unfold the potential of the employees in the context of strategy implementation. No personnel development with the watering can, but well-aimed measures, that will bring the company forward and that will create a competitive advantage.

- preliminary talk (2 hours) and checking the possibilities of receiving public funds
- - initial workshop within the managing circle (0.5 days), establishing a steering group
- - targeted measures within the scope of the fixed budget (e.g. 1.000 € monthly or 5.000 € for one year)
- - measures are for example: coaching of a key person, team development in the managing circle, process development in a key area of the company, agreement with the steering group and evaluation of the measures
