This is the download for the new engagement index of the Gallup-Institut for 2011. Positive trend: the number of employees with a high attachment to their company has increased. Is this already a trend reversal or just a singular amplitude due to the positive employment rate of last year? Alarming on the other hand is the increase of those employees without an attachment to their company. Consequences with regard to productivity, fluctuation and absent days are immense. The bottom line is clear: you as entrepreneur or personnel manager - do invest in the bonding force of your employees: it pays.
